They include a range of ways to get you moving more and hitting the recommended 30 minutes a day of physical activity for adults and 60 minutes a day for children. The activities listed on the Active Wealden website are delivered by our partner organisations. These providers are independent and not run by the partnership itself. To be featured on our website, providers must submit evidence of valid insurance and ensure their staff hold recognised qualifications.
