☯️ Begin with Tai Chi Meditation & BasicsIf you are new to Tai Chi, I would recommend starting with the Tai Chi Meditation & Basics workshop.
This session gives you time to slow down and explore some of the foundations that make Tai Chi so beneficial:
• standing meditation and relaxed breathing
• posture and body alignment
• balance and weight transfer
• gentle joint mobility
• relaxation and body awareness
• the basic principles behind Tai Chi movement
You do not need to be flexible, fit or experienced. The aim is simply to begin where you are and learn how to move with greater awareness and ease.
If this sounds like the right starting point for you, book your Tai Chi Meditation & Basics session. Book class with this link:

☯️ Want to Learn Chen Tai Chi Too?
If you would like to experience traditional Chen Tai Chi, you can also join the Chen Tai Chi 18 Form workshop afterwards.
No previous experience is needed. Everyone can begin at their own pace and build confidence as they become familiar with the movements.
The sessions focus on moving well, learning new skills and supporting healthy ageing. Whether someone wants to revisit what they enjoyed in the staff session or explore Tai Chi further, they are welcome to join.
